The story

Softgrama started with a simple observation: most service businesses have websites that look fine but don't actually work for them. They get traffic but no leads. They invest in design but not in conversion.

We founded Softgrama to close that gap. We combine modern web development with AI to build platforms that actively generate business, not just sit there. Every project includes strategy, AI-powered lead capture, and ongoing optimization. No 'build and abandon,' no generic templates.

Today we serve clients across the US and Latin America, from consulting firms to e-commerce brands. We keep the team small, the quality high, and the technology current.

How we work

We take on a limited number of projects at a time, typically 3 per month. That lets us give every client the attention they deserve, from discovery to launch to ongoing growth.

Who we are

Softgrama was founded by Rafael Pannacci in Quito, Ecuador. Rafael brings together experience in web development, AI integration, and business strategy to help service businesses generate more leads and revenue through their digital presence.
