If you repeat the same task every week, it can be software.
We build custom tools for founders, small businesses and SaaS teams: the internal tool, the client portal or the integration your current stack does not cover.

Who it is for

Founders
Test an idea with a working product in weeks, not a full hiring plan. Build the first version that real users can touch.
Small businesses
Move invoicing, customer follow-up, inventory or reports out of spreadsheets and into one tool that fits how you sell.
SaaS teams
Add the client portal, dashboard or API integration your product needs, without rebuilding what already works.
What you get
You own the code and the data
The repository, the database and the domain are yours. No seat licenses and no lock-in.
Built for your process
We start from the steps your team already takes, so the tool removes work instead of adding a new screen to learn.
Works with what you have
We connect to the tools you already use through their APIs, and we say so when a connection is not possible.
Delivered in stages
You review each stage before the next one starts. You see working software early, not at the end.
How a project runs
- 01
Discovery
A short call to map the process, the people involved and the cost of doing it by hand.
- 02
Scope
We write down what the first version does, what it does not do, and what it costs. You approve it before we build.
- 03
Build
We build in stages with a working version you can test at the end of each one.
- 04
Launch and care
We deploy, hand over the documentation, and can keep the tool maintained with one of our care plans.
When not to build it
If an existing tool already does the job for a fair price, we will say so. Custom software makes sense when the process is specific to you, when the cost of doing it by hand is high, or when a product depends on it.
Questions about custom software
- How much does custom software cost?
- It depends on the scope. After a discovery call we give you a written quote with the first stage priced separately, so you know what you are committing to before the build starts.
- How long does it take?
- A focused first version often takes 4 to 8 weeks. Larger systems take longer, and we will give you a timeline in the scope document.
- Who owns the code?
- You do. The code, the data and the domain are yours. You can take the project to any other developer at any time.
- Do you keep maintaining it?
- Optional. Our care plans cover hosting, security updates, backups and a number of monthly change hours. You can also maintain it yourself or hire someone else.
- Can you connect it to the tools I already use?
- Often yes, through their APIs. Before we commit, we check the integration against the documentation and tell you if something is not possible.
